My Top 10 albums of 2019 by Gabriel Dedji

2019 was an interesting year for music. Many of the most popular artists didn't release much last year which is probably because so many of them released albums in 2018 (e.g. Drake, Kendrick Lamar, J.Cole, Cardi B, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes etc.). This however, does not mean that it was a bad year for music. In fact, 2019 was a year where a lot of smaller names were able to come to the forefront of their respective music scenes, bringing their talent to a wider audience. This will probably be reflected in my list of my favourite albums of the year below.
